Built on our company’s own land, Kütahya Student
Dormitory with a capacity of 1800 students consists of
5 blocks and has been leased to the Ministry of Youth
(Republic of Turkey) for 15 years and rental income is
regularly obtained from the Turkish State every month.
There are 7 stores in our trade center and they are rented
out to private companies.
